The Complete Range.
Our advanced laser systems are engineered to handle a wide range of industrial applications, from marking and etching to engraving, cutting, ablating, and foaming – delivering precision and reliability in any production environment.
Designed for seamless integration into manufacturing workflows, our solutions provide cost-effective, high-performance processing of metals, coated metals and plastics. We work closely with industrial clients to assess their specific application needs, ensuring they select the right laser solution for consistent, high-quality results with maximum efficiency.
Proto Lase
The Proto Lase is our entry-level laser marking system for industrial identification applications, perfect for marking, etching, engraving and annealing all metals, coated metals, plastics and some organic materials.
This system is the ideal solution for low to mid-volume throughput and is an affordable alternative to more traditional methods of marking, such as dot peen, electrochemical etching or hand marking. Despite being entry-level and affordable we haven’t sacrificed on quality or efficiency; equipped with a 30 Watt or 60 Watt MOPA fiber laser with a MTBF of 100,000 marking hours and a 3-year comprehensive warranty, as standard.
Neutro Lase
The Neutro Lase offers maximum versatility for industries wishing to mark, etch and engrave larger parts. Designed to sit on a worktop within existing manufacturing cells and processes.
Due to its larger footprint and modular design, the Neutro Lase can offer a broad range of optional extras such as XY marking tables for increased throughput, large marking area lenses, big rotary attachments for circumference marking on large diameter parts and power sources from 30 watt up to 100 watt for maximum speed and depth.
With our 3-year comprehensive warranty, the Neutro Lase is the ideal solution for the efficient and reliable etching of heavy-duty parts in industrial environments.
Atom Lase
The Atom Lase offers our biggest enclosure mounted onto a portable base to offer maximum flexibility. It can be located within an existing manufacturing process or operate as a standalone marking and traceability station. With an auto door function, the Atom Lase is a turnkey solution; simply wheel into the desired location and start etching.
With such a large enclosure, the Atom Lase can be fitted with a wide range of options to further increase efficiencies and offer maximum throughput. Options include XY marking tables to facilitate the loading of multiple parts, large marking area lenses, big rotary attachments for circumference marking on large diameter parts and power sources from 30 Watt up to 100 Watt for maximum speed and depth.
As with all our range, maximum reliability and robustness is assured with our 3-year comprehensive warranty.

Making your Mark in industry.

Aerospace
For manufacturers of aerospace parts, a good traceability system is a vital part of quality monitoring. The use of a laser marking machine for metal ensures that these traceability marks are permanent and will remain legible – even when undergoing extreme heat and friction. A laser etching machine will ensure your aerospace assets are permanently traceable and identifiable.

Automotive
The automotive industry is another industry that benefits from the use of laser engraving technology to comply with traceability standards. Every vehicle – whether it’s a car, bus, motorcycle, farm machinery, or construction equipment – needs to be marked with a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) once it leaves the manufacturing facility. The VIN is a 17-character serial number that is commonly marked at various components of the vehicle such as the chassis and the engines. Moreover, automotive manufacturers regularly make their own marks on their parts, whether to serve their own tracking system or simply to provide branding.

Battery Technology
Laser marking provides a permanent and traceable marking solution for batteries. It is ideal for applications that require high-precision, high-quality and fast marking. Laser marking is also a non-contact process, so it can mark both high and low-contrast products without damaging the product itself. In addition, laser marking is durable and resistant to the elements, making it a suitable choice for labelling the components of batteries. Finally, laser marking is cost-effective and requires relatively little maintenance, making it a viable solution for mass production.

Medical & Pharmaceutical
Laser marking offers many benefits to the medical industry, such as fast and precise marking, flexibility in design, and the ability to mark on a variety of materials. It is also highly cost-effective and allows for permanent, tamper-proof markings. Laser technology is efficient requiring minimal maintenance and resulting in minimal waste. Additionally, laser marking is a non-contact process, meaning it will not damage delicate medical instruments or components. With these benefits, laser marking is an ideal choice for medical device manufacturers and medical service providers.

Defence
Laser marking provides a secure and reliable way for the defence industry to mark and track its assets. This technology can also be used to mark serial numbers and other information on a range of defence industry components, helping to ensure traceability and accuracy. Laser marking offers high-precision marking that is resistant to fading or abrasion, ensuring that military assets are permanently identifiable and traceable. Laser marking also offers a fast and efficient way to mark a wide variety of materials, from metals to plastics, ceramic and glass.

Engineering
The demand for laser marking assets in the engineering sector has increased significantly and in some cases is a mandatory process for a range of industrial applications requiring the production of parts, from aerospace, medicine, automotive and the military.
For such industries, permanently and accurately marking assets with precise identification is essential for the regulation and tracking of these assets throughout their life cycle.

Energy
The energy industry uses laser marking technology because it offers several advantages. First, it is a permanent form of marking, as the laser marks are highly resistant to abrasion and extreme temperatures. As a result, important safety instructions and other messages can be marked on tools and other objects without fear of them fading over time. Second, laser marking allows for intricate designs and logos, making it easy to identify a particular piece of equipment without compromising on quality. Finally, laser marking can be done quickly and easily, allowing for faster and more efficient production cycles.

Oil & Gas Industry
The oil and gas industry commonly employs laser engravers to help with a variety of tasks, such as creating high-precision components with intricate shapes, labelling equipment and parts to ensure proper identification, and tracking and branding their products. Laser engraving is an incredibly precise and accurate way to produce intricate designs with very small dimensions and tolerances, making the technology ideal for the oil and gas companies that require the highest quality and accuracy in their components. Additionally, laser etching is permanent, allowing them to keep track of information, such as serial numbers, without worrying about the engraving fading or being removed. Laser engraving’s quick turnaround times, as well as its clean and environmentally friendly process, make it the perfect choice for today’s busy oil and gas companies.
Traceability, on all materials.
A good traceability system for manufacturers of engineering parts is a vital part of quality monitoring. Using a laser marking machine for metal ensures that these traceability marks are permanent and will remain legible for a long time – especially important in automotive, aerospace and medical applications.
