The Complete Range.
Cyklop Needham offers a comprehensive range of industrial inkjet coding systems designed to meet the diverse marking and traceability needs of manufacturing environments. Our portfolio includes both Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) and Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printers, enabling high-speed, high-precision printing on a variety of substrates. The CIJ systems are ideal for continuous production lines, delivering reliable coding even in harsh conditions, while the TIJ printers provide high-resolution prints with minimal maintenance, perfect for static or intermittent applications. Together, these technologies ensure flexibility, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards for product identification and packaging.
Continuous Inkjet
Cyklop Needham’s CIJ printer range delivers industry-leading coding and marking solutions built for speed, precision, and reliability. Whether you need high-contrast codes on dark materials, ultra-small character printing, high-speed performance, or an entry-level solution, our CM700 Series has a printer tailored for your production line.
Designed with robust IP-rated casings, modular printheads, and intuitive touchscreen interfaces, our CIJ printers excel in even the harshest industrial environments. Perfect for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and manufacturing industries, Cyklop Needham CIJ printers keep your production running smoothly with minimal maintenance and maximum uptime.
Thermal Inkjet
Thermal inkjet coders (TIJ coders) are the ideal solution for high-speed, high-resolution product marking across a wide range of industries. Designed for clean, maintenance-free operation, TIJ coders deliver sharp, scannable prints on porous and non-porous surfaces – including cardboard, plastic, foils, and coated materials.
Whether you’re coding batch numbers, expiry dates, barcodes, or logos, thermal inkjet coders offer exceptional reliability, fast drying times, and easy cartridge-based operation. Compact and cost-effective, TIJ printers are perfect for packaging lines in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. Discover the advantages of thermal inkjet coding—efficiency, precision, and plug-and-play simplicity.
