Atom Lase Laser Marking
Unleash Possibilities.
The Atom Lase is an enclosed laser marking workstation for larger components, traceability and batch processing. Its portable base and configuration options allow you to plan around part size, marking area and production requirements. Compare the complete laser marking range or arrange a sample test to evaluate the right setup for your application.
Atom Lase combines an enclosed marking system with a wheeled base. Plan its position, power, extraction where required, part support and loading access before commissioning. Discuss XY and rotary options against the actual production task.
Built for industrial-grade performance, the Atom Lase ensures precision, reliability, and durability. Backed by our comprehensive 3-year warranty, it provides the perfect combination of size, strength, and efficiency, making it an essential tool for high-volume production environments.

Advanced Features as Standard
Atom Lase suits a standalone workstation or a position within a manufacturing cell. Its published maximum part height and lens fields match Neutro Lase; its base and installation arrangement are the important differences to assess.

High Power
Select the laser configuration around your material, required contrast or engraving depth and cycle time. Assess these on a sample rather than assuming a fixed depth can be achieved on every metal.

Feature Rich
With an automatic door, precision positioning camera, and advanced software, all included as standard, you can expect a seamless, efficient, and high-quality operation every time.

Lifetime Support
When you invest in our laser systems, we invest in your success. We’re dedicated to your long-term growth, offering continuous support, expert guidance, and adaptable solutions that evolve with your business.
Assess Atom Lase for component identification, batch marking and engraving on suitable materials. Part presentation, fixture design and the selected process determine the result.
Review the loading sequence, component support, mark location and inspection alongside the enclosure and base. Confirm tooling clearance before selecting options.
Trust the Process. Invest in Growth.

The Atom Lase Package.

Ultimate focus.
The Atom Lase features advanced software with fully automated z-axis calibration, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Simply place the part inside, close the door, and let the system automatically fine-tune the z-axis for optimal focus, ensuring high-precision, repeatable marking with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.

Don’t sweat it.
Every Atom Lase system is engineered for efficiency and reliability, featuring a built-in cooling fan that eliminates the need for bulky water coolers while effectively preventing overheating. Its compact, streamlined design allows for seamless integration into any workspace, maximising functionality without sacrificing space. With quiet operation, the Atom Lase ensures minimal disruption, even in the most demanding industrial environments.

Mark cylindrical parts.
All Atom Lase machines are rotary-ready, equipped with a plug-and-play rotary attachment for effortless cylindrical marking. The rotary ensures precise, high-quality engraving on both inner and outer surfaces, delivering consistent results with every use. Featuring a fully equipped tooling plate, it can be positioned anywhere on the bed to accommodate various part sizes, providing secure fastening and maximum stability for even the most intricate applications.

Limitless Potential.
The Atom Lase features an internally opening door, maintaining a compact footprint while offering three-sided access for easy part loading. As a Class 1 laser system, it contains the laser beam, with a laser safety glass window for clear visibility during marking. For larger parts, a Class 4 override option allows for open-door operation, converting the system into a Class 4 laser – requiring safety protocols, including the use of laser safety glasses.

Choosing Atom Lase as a marking workstation
Plan the workstation position
Atom lists 800 × 1000 × 2180 mm overall dimensions and a wheeled base. Review access, stability, part support, power and extraction where required when planning the position.
Batch and component examples to assess
Bring a representative batch, code layout and fixture concept. Assess loading and inspection alongside laser marking for applications such as cast components or engineering parts. Batch capacity depends on the fixture and usable working area.
What differs from Neutro?
Atom’s listed 366 mm maximum part height and lens-field options match Neutro Lase. The standalone base and installation format are the clearer distinction. Compare the range and request an Atom sample test.
